You may place an order either by Paypal or Credit card through this site. Please note that there is a 4% surcharge for using this facility. This includes postage where applicable. Please use the Paypal facility on this website when ordering. Click the button below to pay by Paypal.
Should you wish to pay by money transfer or cheque - please contact us for our bank account details and / or postal address.
Please note that you should allow about 4 - 6 weeks for delivery for the GlowMaster Amplifiers as these undergo a strict testing regime before shipment. It can take about 5 days of fine tuning prior to shipment – so please be patient.
We offer a 30 day home trial on certain products, but please note that as we do not routinely stock many of these items, there may be a short delay in you receiving these. This is because they are not mass produced clones similar to our rivals. In the unlikely event of you wishing to return an item after the 30 day offer a nominal administration fee of 2.5% is applied to cover our costs. All loudspeakers are made to order -but can be auditioned my appointment.
We will uphold the parts and labour warranties of components as defined by the manufacturer. The minimum period will generally be 12 months parts and labour with the exception of vacuum tubes which have a minimum of 60 days.
